CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations must be made in writing only and should be sent by post, fax or email to the Conference Secretariat. The policy for cancellation is as follows: An administration fee of CHF 75 (~ € 50.-) will be charged for cancellation up to 12th of June 2009. Cancellation received after 12th of June 2009 will not be refunded. All refunds will be processed after GA 2009 and will be paid in CHF. Participants unable to attend may transfer their tickets to another person.
